Start your journey in Meißen for a leisurely drive along the Saxon Wine Route to Diesbar – a charming little wine village nestled right on the banks of the Elbe.

Explore the steep vineyard terraces and wine-growing areas along the high-altitude hiking trails, inviting you to linger and savor the scenery. From the Elbe parking lot, one of the paths leads to the viewpoint “Schöne Aussicht” (Beautiful View), which truly lives up to its name. A leisurely stroll through the historic center of the idyllic village is also possible.

Public transportation will take you back to Meißen hourly.
